Okay, I swear I'm gonna work on this story in a minute, but when does effusive praise from a stranger stop feeling like a troll? Asking for some other traumatized youth. Definitely not me.

It doesn't... if it's a once off. It takes a repeat, sometimes two or three before I can accept that the praise is meant.
