Parks Talk: Decided I'm going to keep watching Parks, with incredibly low expectations and a little emotional distance. Going to experiment with selective memory -- that scene where Leslie calls Ann beautiful? Totally happened! Anything with Ben or Tom? Totally didn't! In other parts of my Parks-fandom brain, I've decided that the only way for Ann to be happy is for Leslie to either realize what a fuckhead she's being and apologize or for Ann to meet an amazing woman (Lucy? C'mon!) who won't give her shit. Or just, season 1 and 2 Leslie. /Parks Talk

Ah, that's going to be a problem. I appear to have mislaid all my midichlirans :/

I'm trying to picture the tomahawk and all I can figure is: you're going forwards fast, right? Then you do a 180, so you're go backwards, just as fast. Then you take the weight off your wheels and put it on your stops.
Result: your head is going a lot faster than your feet. How are you not always going to fall flat on your ass? It's physics! XD
I'll definitely have to look up some videos! I'm intrigued!

That is... exactly how the stop works! I have NO idea how it's ever performed correctly, except for a lot of bent knees and knowledge of how one's body moves.
