Testing, testing

It's official. Today is the last day of January, which means that tomorrow is a new Health Month. (It's also a new month in general, but that's not what I'm here to write about, now is it?). Depending on who (and which news station) you ask, it's either time for snowpokalypse 2011 part deux or business as usual. I figure, if it's cold it might as well snow.

I started using healthmonth.com during January of this year, the middle of the month. And though I didn't get the full benefits of running the gauntlet, I learned a few things, simply from turning my eyes inward, and noting behaviors.
