seasonsofdrabbles is revealed! I wrote I wanted everything so much it grows (Once Upon a Time in Hollywood, Sharon Tate). This was a blind offer - I hadn't yet seen the film, but had read
gloss's drabble and discussed it a little, so I knew I wouldn't hate it. The request by stillettodandelion really spoke to me - seeing her as something beyond myth - and I'm so delighted that they liked what I wrote.
- Reading has completely been sidelined by the flurry of everything.
- Schrodinger's Promotion is confirmed to be alive. Launch day for new approach went well, and I had my first Leadership Team meeting and didn't pass away.
- Really, really loving Mitski's Laurel Hell. It's my favorite album since Punisher.
- Please ask me Femslash February questions, and I shall come back after I've finished this fic-on-a-deadline and answer them! (I've copied them under the cut.)

Ooh, what about 26?

26) What do you love the most, and what do you love the least, about femslash fans?
Uh oh. Um. *eyes darting*
I have trouble with the modern iteration of femslash fandom which hops from mega-femslash-fandom to mega-femslash-fandom and latches on to one OTP - typically the pairing that I find least exciting or curious.
I love that femslash fans have a standard level of love and respect for women as characters and humans, generally, that isn't always guaranteed in other fandom pockets. (Well, their OTP at least.)

Okay, I am thinking that this might be Degrassi, unless I read The Color Purple in secret before the Paige/Alex seasons. That is fucking WILD. I would have been... in high school! Oh - Buffy was around the same time frame, too, which was another in-secret thing.
16) A fandom where I have so many femslash ships
Any fandom with many women has many femslash ships by default, because I am an aggressive multi-shipper. My first Many Femslash fandom was Roswell - man, what a vibrant and amazing online community, and I was such a little babe. A more recent one is Hannibal, I think. Lots of multi-shipping/rare-shipping in that fandom.
19) Rec day! Canon or fics, as long as it's femslash! Or even shippable!
My absolute favorite: Something more beautiful than is there, Parks & Recreation, Ann/Leslie, by gloss.
21) Thoughts about lesbian tragedy and bad endings?
I guess I'm old enough that I still can't help feeling a weeee bit spoiled when femslash is canon in the first place, but too often a tragic ending is utilized IN PLACE of actual representation, so we don't get canon until five minutes before death, and then you just have one queer woman, and that's much more manageable. I suppose things like Literature or Artsy Movies where people who are fandom-ish just aren't naturally going to participate with that material. As gloss said, I have a pretty game partner for bizarre crossover or micro-ships.
The strangest feeling is in the early days of fandoms that feel like SUCH femslash fandom bait (like Parks & Rec, or lately, The Nevers) but before any migration occurs.

HISTORICAL. Or just as little genre as possible. I definitely used to love my SFF femslash, but I have trouble with (reading and writing, tbh) worldbuilding details and get really overwhelmed.
(I'm answering 24 below, so you both get two.)
25) A time where a canon really disappointed you (in a femslash or lack of femslash way)
Oh dear. I guess the winner has to be Parks and Recreation. It is all tied up in a lot of personal struggle, but it felt increasingly deliberate that Ann/Leslie was being baited and increasingly deliberate that they had no intention of ever doing a damn thing.

Historical Fiction Woot Woot! What are your time periods? I love the Bronze Age.
I have heard that about Parks & Rec from quite a few people. nod

glad the promotion is materializing <3333

I don't know that I'll ever REALLY get over entertainment for mainstream audiences including queer characters, and on the rare occasion when it does happen, the feeling that a mainstream piece of entertainment was actually made with someone like me in mind.
Short answer: all of them. I am overwhelm.
(Just realizing I answered 26 upthread)

How about 10?
