Oh my god, this is great, and gives me some awesome ideas. Strawberry bavarois looks INCREDIBLE and we will have to try it.

Generally, we don't like veg (er, I don't anyway) so it is always a struggle to get them into a form that is pleasing to adult AND kiddo taste buds. I love the idea of a bed under fish - I need to incorporate more fish into our diets too, much better than beef.

I'm currently living that one meal and some snacks life myself, so I try to make that one meal as healthy and full of good as possible, while also not pulling together a full meal every night because, hi, that's exhausting.
