From the femslashex 2020 tag set, what fandoms under four hours total do you recommend? (And preferably available on Netflix, Hulu, Prime or for free)

Never Have I Ever is ten 25-minute episodes and it is on Netflix and I love it A LOT. So many great female characters!

And I feel like you know of it, but just in case...

Also What We Do in the Shadows TV is two seasons of ten 25 min eps but I am really enjoying it and Nadja, the character nominated in the tagset, is awesome.

It seems to be on Hulu.

The Half of It is a very cute teen Netflix movie that I picked up for an exchange recently and enjoyed! Or I was able to watch Empire Records on UK Prime a little while ago, it might be on the US one, too. Ditto A Simple Favor, but on Nordic Netflix. Lemme know if you happen to need/want content warnings for mental illness, drug abuse, or character death for the last two though, assuming you haven't seen either before.

I have no idea whether you'll find them though you might have more luck with streaming options than I do with the European catalogues, but I Can't Think Straight and Saving Face are both excellent canon f/f movies I've loved for years, too.
