I love the show to bits and pieces, but have never really read a lot of murder/mystery/thriller books, much less delved into all the subgenres. Then a couple months ago I decided I'd read Tess Gerritsen's books before Rizzoli and Isles starts, and have mostly enjoyed most of them. I can't decide if I want to attempt Reichs' books, though; if they aren't TV!Brennan and they aren't very good, there's not really any point, huh?
